• Legal Wedding Requirement for overseas citizen
  • The following you need to prepare for overseas citizen and we hope we have already received at least 2 weeks before :
  • Birth of certificate of the couple
  • Copy of Passport of the couple and witnesses
  • Certificate of No Impediment to Marry, it is issued from your consulate or embassy in Indonesia
  • Death certificate of former spouse (when relevant)
  • Divorce certificate (When relevant)
  • Letter of parental consent for person under 21
  • Your personal data in detail, address, religion, and data of your witnesses
  • Witnesses at least 2 person ( we also can arrange the witnesses if required)
  • Nine (8) photographs (6x4) of the couple in same photo. It should be only head and shoulder side and looking straight a head
• Christian Wedding
  • Two (2) photographs (6x4cm) of the couple in same photo. It should be only head and shoulders side and looking straight a head.
  • Witnesses at least 2 persons
  • Certificate of Baptism
  • Copy of Passport of the couple and the witnesses
  • Birth of certificate of the couple
  • Death certificate of former spouse (when relevant)
  • Divorce certificate (When relevant)
  • Letter of parental consent for person under 21
  • Your personal data in detail, address, religion, and data of your witnesses
• Catholic Wedding
  • The following you need to prepare for Catholic Wedding and we hope we have already received at least 2 weeks before:
  • Letter of free to marry or has never been married from your Church or Parish Priest
  • Letter from your church or Parish Priest to delegate your marriage to be handled by Priest and Catholic Church in Bali
  • Certificate of Baptism of the couple – Originally
  • Certificate pre-marriage course
  • Pre Nuptial Inquiry (to fill)
  • Two (2) photographs (6x4cm) of the couple in same photo. It should be only head and shoulders side and looking straight a head.
  • Witnesses at least 2 persons
  • Copy of Passport of the couple and the witnesses
• Buddhist Wedding
  • Two (2) photographs (6x4cm) of the couple in same photo. It should be only head and shoulders side and looking straight a head.
  • Witnesses at least 2 persons
  • Certificate of Baptism
  • Copy of Passport of the couple and the witnesses
  • Birth of certificate of the couple
  • Death certificate of former spouse (when relevant)

  • Letter of parental consent for person under 21
  • Letter/Certificate of No Impediment from the Consular representative in Bali or Consulate General Indonesia

• Legal Wedding for Indonesia Citizen (WNI)
  • Birth Certificate for both parties
  • Identity Card (KTP)
  • Never Married Certificate: Letter Surat Keterangan Belum Kawin from Kepala Desa / Kelurahan
  • Letter of parental consent for person under 21
  • Death certificate of former spouse ( when relevant)
  • Divorce certificate (when relevant)
